This is the presidential car of Manuel Quezon who was the first president of the Commonwealth of the Philippines (1935-1944). The car was restored and is on display at Baler Museum. Baler is the birthplace of President Quezon. It is the capital city of the province of Aurora in the northern part of the Philippines.
The car, a 1937 Cadillac Series 90 V 16 Custom Town Car, was built by General Motors especially for President Quezon. It was later used by General Douglas MacArthur during his tour of duty in the country.

This is a shot of a community in mountainous Banaue, known for its magnificent rice terraces.
